Who lived in your house 100 years ago? Was it even built then? Ancestry.com sent me an interesting email with a link to the Hidden House History website, which allows people to register and tell the history of their house. Who knows, perhaps you will find out something cool…or horrific.
I have a pile of the old deeds to my house, they date back to the 1880s when the house was built. Perhaps they will help Staffordshire genealogists?
