I’m providing this document out of my desire to help the genealogical community.
I was sent or loaned this document many years ago, but unfortunately, I cannot find any reference as to who sent it to me. Possibly by a previous Vicar of the Church.
*If I am in any way breaching copyright, don’t hesitate to get in touch with me and I will remove the document. Or, if you require me to provide attribution, I will gladly do that. The documents I have don’t mention the original author/s and I genuinely feel that it is in the public interest for researchers to have free and easy access to this document.
his is a significant body of work which has clearly taken many hours of research and documentation and I do not wish to steal the praise of the original author but rather, I feel that this document is far too important to remain in my possession only or in obscurity when it could help those in the family history community.
I am transcribing it as faithfully as I possibly can. Mistakes are possible, though it should be noted that there were some grammatical errors in the original text and in the original inscriptions.
